Event Planning Services

EventFlare offers different event options. The different options include partial planning, full-on planning, and anything in-between. Considering every event a special event guarantees customer satisfaction.

Partial Planning

Partial planning costs anywhere from $4,000-$6,000. This includes helping you find any vendors and creating meeting times for you to meet the vendors. EventFlare will not negotiate on your behalf. It also includes decorating the reception.

Full-on Planning

Full-on planning will depend on how many people the event consists of, but typically the cost is $85 per person. This includes tables, chairs, tablecloths, decorations, set-up, take-down, and anything the client can think of.

Smaller events

Smaller events would cost about $500-$2,000 (depending on how much detail the client would like). This includes tables, chairs, tablecloths, decorations, and set-up.
